Information in the request form
Your unit choice, dates, guest count, and optional name/message are used in your browser to prepare a WhatsApp draft. This site does not store the form in a database, cookies, or browser storage. Editing a field invalidates the previous draft.
When you choose WhatsApp
Continuing to WhatsApp puts the prepared text in a WhatsApp URL and shares it with WhatsApp/Meta to prepare your message. You decide whether to send it to Creation Homes. WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply. Only include information you are comfortable sharing there; do not include payment-card, passport, or medical details.
Other external links
The contact page includes a Google Maps map. When it loads, your browser connects to Google, which may receive connection information such as your IP address and use cookies under its own privacy policy. Directions links also open Google Maps. Your phone app opens when you choose to call. This version does not load third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or externally hosted photos/fonts.
Hosting and follow-up
The hosting provider may process ordinary connection information, such as an IP address and requested page, to deliver the site. Information you send to our team through WhatsApp or by phone is handled outside this website. Ask the team about enquiries, retention, or removal by calling +256 784 971 942.
No automatic reservation
Preparing or sending a request does not reserve dates or guarantee a rate. Confirm the final arrangements directly with the team.
When you choose email
When the email option is available, clicking Send email request submits your unit, dates, guest count, name, reply email, optional phone and message through Cloudflare to Brevo for delivery to Creation Homes staff. The form does not save these details in browser storage or a website database. Brevo delivery records and the staff Gmail inbox may retain the enquiry; contact our team about access or deletion.
Email requests use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent abuse. Loading the security check connects your browser to Cloudflare. Your reply email lets staff respond directly; this version does not send automatic guest confirmations. Provider acceptance is not proof of inbox receipt, and an enquiry never reserves dates or confirms a booking. Do not include payment-card, passport, medical or other sensitive details.
